Your booking

Your booking with Book the Experience is confirmed as soon as you see it in "My bookings" and receive the e-mail. Please check date, time and number of persons.

Booking online

Online booking is possible until 12 hours before the start, as long as there are places free.

Cancelling

You can cancel online until 24 hours before the start. After that, please contact us.

On the day

Please be there in good time. For safety reasons the crew may change or cancel a trip, for example in bad weather; we will then contact you.

Private trips

A private trip reserves the whole boat for your group; it can only be booked for a time that nobody else has booked yet.
